20/5/2011 15:6 Frustratingly Good - A leave of absence is not often rewarded with success. But not every sailor is quite like Ben Ainslie (GBR). Having decided to defend his 2008 Olympic Gold Medal on his home waters in 2012, after a year or so away from the Finn Class he returned late last year. Whilst Ben's world ranking of #45 is suitably unimpressive - look elsewhere and you will see him heading up the 2010/2011 ISAF Sailing World Cup standings - where he has won 3 out of the 4 World Cup events so far, and placed #2 in the other. Rock on Skandia Sail for Gold where Great Britain's hero has every chance to deliver another stunning result. Oh - and Ben is also #1 on the ISAF World Match Race Rankings.
